Using the accelerometer, the apple watch can detect a fall- and call for help.
How?
If the watch thinks you have fallen, it sounds an alarm. You have to tap “I’m okay” on the screen or call for an emergency while still on the ground. But if you don’t move for 1 minute, it automatically calls and sends a message to all your emergency contacts.
To use this feature, Launch the Watch app on your iPhone, go to Emergency SOS and toggle on the fall detection.

Detect your lover’s heartbeat
Using the heartbeat monitor built-in the watch sensors, it can measure your heartbeat and send it to another’s person users watch.
This enables the other person to know the condition of your heartbeat.
It can come in handy when the person is in danger because the heartbeat would spike.
Order food online
Just like your iPhone, the apple watch supports several apps like the Jumia food app that allows you to order food on the go.

when u record audio to respond to a text, your apple watch offers two choices: sending it as dictated text or sending it as an audio.
